Booking and Payment Policy

• Payment Terms: To secure a booking, full payment is required upfront. We offer two rates for bookings: a standard rate and a non-refundable rate.
• Standard Rate: Guests choosing the standard rate may cancel their booking up to 14 days before arrival to receive a full refund. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the full payment is forfeited.
• Non-Refundable Rate: As the name suggests, this rate offers no refund option once a booking is confirmed.
• Short Notice Bookings: For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, guests have a 48-hour window for free cancellation from the time of booking under the standard rate. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by CostaDelSolHolidayLetting.com. The applicable refund, if any, will be processed as per the booking and payment policy outlined above.

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment during their stay. Charges for damages will be assessed and charged after checkout. For example, if a duvet cover is found to be shredded, the cost of replacement will be charged to the guest.

Cleaning Charge Policy

A final cleaning fee is mandatory for all bookings. The fee is €60 for all apartments, except for the "Modern 1 Bedroom Seaside Apartment With Pool," for which the cleaning fee is €70. This fee is payable at the time of booking.

Parking Policy

Parking is available but must be booked in advance. The price for parking depends on the season. For more information and to book parking, please contact enquiries@costadelsolholidayletting.com.

Liability

CostaDelSolHolidayLetting.com is not liable for any accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and security.

General Terms

• Changes to Terms: CostaDelSolHolidayLetting.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site and/or any booking made signifies your agreement to any changes.
• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through mediation, followed by binding arbitration, if necessary.
